We offer a wide range of services for the repair and rewinding of AC and DC traction motors, generators, transformers, chokes and other machines from the traction program. We provide our services in accordance with the manufacturer’s factory standards or according to customer requirements (respecting technological standards). We provide an adequate guarantee for the services performed on the machines from the towing program.
We are trained and have the ability to make different types of windings, stator windings, rotor windings, main poles, compound, compensating… We have a plant for vacuum impregnation of pressure windings (VPI) using epoxy or silicone resins. Our test station for testing machines from the traction program can test at idle and under load (traction motors type ISVK 644-8). We use modern equipment to detect faults in the windings of traction machines (Baker instrument), and all manufactured windings are tested in our test station to ensure complete quality control and delivery.
By selecting renowned suppliers of winding wire and insulation material (Gebauer & Griller, Isovolta Group, Dolphs (), specially designed for use in the railway and mining industry, the unique conditions of moisture penetration into the windings and a significant reduction in temperature difference of the windings are solved. all this contributes to improving the dielectric integrity of the traction machine. Traction machines that work with our insulation solution have a significantly longer service life and are less susceptible to Hvar failures.
