Transformer repair services

We are able to offer complete diagnostics, repair and rewinding of a wide range of transformers, covering most powers, shapes and types, regardless of the manufacturer

We have the capacity, skills and expertise to perform a wide range of transformer repairs, from small units to larger industrial power supplies.

We also offer a full range of other electrical and mechanical services on transformers, and our engineering team can meet a variety of requirements, from inspection to repair and testing.

Our services include:

Repairs and rewinding
Inspection, testing and diagnostics of faults, on site or in our workshop
Various electrical tests
Analysis of transformer oil
Filtration, degassing and dehydration of transformer oil in the workshop or in the field
Installation and commissioning of transformers
We are able to conduct a full range of electrical tests and diagnostics on transformers:

Measurement of C and tgd conductive insulators of transformers
Measurement of C and tgd insulation of transformer windings
Measurement of short-circuit impedances / dissipative inductance
Measurement of gear ratio in all positions of control switch
Measurement of no-load current at low voltage < br> Winding insulation resistance measurement (R15, R60, R600, DAR and PL)
Testing of physicochemical and electrical characteristics of oil
After diagnostic tests, our engineering team approaches the analysis of results and prepares a report with recommendations for repair. All work is performed in accordance with IEC 60076.
